Betting Rules

1. General Provisions

These Betting Rules govern all use of the Goldbet Sportsbook platform. By placing a bet, the account holder accepts these rules and binds themselves to them, subject to applicable law. The provider may amend the rules, procedures, and betting limits from time to time; bets placed prior to any amendment remain governed by the rules in force at the time of their placement, while new bets are subject to the updated terms. The English version of these rules governs interpretation where multiple language versions exist. Goldbet may require verification of identity, age, and place of residence in accordance with applicable law and regulatory obligations.

2. Eligibility and Verification

Participants must meet the age of majority and any jurisdictional requirements applicable to lawful betting. Registrations and personal data must be accurate and up to date. Goldbet may conduct identification, credit, and other verification checks, including video verification, at its sole discretion and as required by law. The verification process may result in temporary suspension or restriction of access to the account until satisfactory completion.

3. Account Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

  • Re-registration under new or alter egos is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Goldbet.
  • Use of multiple accounts, or access from the same IP address or network for collusion or manipulation, may lead to account suspension or closure and nullification of affected bets.
  • Players must not permit third parties to use their accounts, deposit with third‑party payment details, or transfer funds from third‑party accounts.

4. Definitions

Key terms used in these Rules have the following meanings:

  • Line — a list of events with quoted odds for potential winnings.
  • Player (Client) — an individual who has placed a bet with Goldbet.
  • Bet — an agreement to accept the terms offered by Goldbet on a chosen outcome, confirmed by the transfer of funds.
  • Outcome — a selectable result within a market.
  • Winning odds — the multiplier applied to the stake upon settlement of a winning bet.
  • Result — the official outcome of the event as determined by the governing body or official sources.

5. Placing Bets

  1. Validity: A bet is valid from the moment it is registered in accordance with these Rules and, where a message such as “Bet accepted” appears, the bet is considered placed. If no such confirmation is shown, the customer should consult their betting history or contact support.
  2. Wagering Requirement: After a deposit, the deposited amount must be wagered three times unless otherwise stated. Only wagers that are accepted and settled contribute toward meeting wagering requirements; refunds do not count. Failure to meet wagering obligations may restrict withdrawals.
  3. Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the bettor will be notified in the bet coupon. A bet may be rejected if the bettor does not accept the changed odds, unless the bettor has elected to enable automatic acceptance of odds changes.
  4. Pre‑Match Acceptance: Bets may be accepted before the scheduled start time. Bets accepted after the event has started may be invalid, and the odds may be adjusted to their default value of 1.0 if the acceptance violated the rules.
  5. Cancellation: Once a bet is registered and confirmed, it cannot be canceled by the bettor. The bettor must ensure the chosen outcome aligns with their wish before confirming payment.
  6. Maximum Bet: The maximum stake varies by sport, event, and market. Goldbet reserves the right to modify limits and to impose or remove account‑level limits without prior notice.
  7. Ticket Validity: Goldbet is the final authority on the validity of all tickets, regardless of the circumstances under which they were placed.
  8. Cash Out: Cash Out may be available on select markets and is subject to eligibility. Where offered, cash out may be canceled or recalculated if it is applied to ineligible markets or in the event of market disruption, and Goldbet may suspend cash out at any time without notice.
  9. Participation Restrictions: Bets on events in which the bettor participates as a participant, coach, referee, or similar role are prohibited. Employees of betting companies must not place bets related to their own events.
  10. Automation Prohibition: The use of bots or automated decision‑making tools is prohibited. Violations may lead to account suspension and bet refunds.
  11. Post‑Event Invalidity: Bets placed after an event's outcome becomes known may be voided in the sole discretion of Goldbet.
  12. Expresses and Systems: Bets that combine multiple events from the same match or on the same participant in a way that creates overlap are not permitted. Such bets may be voided if identified.
  13. Group Bets: Group or syndicate betting is prohibited. Repeated bets may be declared void if collusion is suspected.
  14. Official Decisions: Any changes to score or other parameters by an official decision may be grounds for adjustment or voiding as provided by these Rules and the event’s official sources.
  15. Erroneous Offers: In case of manifest errors in event details or odds, Goldbet reserves the right to correct or void the bet.
  16. Promotions: From time to time, Goldbet may offer promotions to defined groups of customers. Such offers are subject to separate terms and can be modified or withdrawn at Goldbet’s discretion.
  17. Exceptional Circumstances: Abandonment, postponement beyond stated thresholds, venue changes, or other significant alterations may render bets void or settled according to the rules described in these provisions.

6. Settlement, Re‑Settlement, and Errors

All results are settled based on official sources. If official results are unavailable, Goldbet may rely on independent sources or internal statistics. Goldbet reserves the right to re‑settle a market if the official result differs from the initially settled outcome, or if a market is declared void. If a mistake is detected in accepting a bet (including odds or event details), Goldbet may cancel the affected bet. Settlement adjustments may affect a bettor’s balance accordingly.

7. Live Betting and Event Disruptions

Live betting information is provided for reference and is not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. Where a live event is interrupted, aborted, or postponed, Goldbet may void or settle bets in accordance with the official result timetable and the market description. If an event is abandoned and not resumed within a defined period, bets may be voided, unless otherwise stated for that market.

8. Outrights, Play‑Or‑Pay, and Special Markets

Outright markets (short‑ and long‑term) are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay principle: bets on listed participants stand regardless of their participation in the competition, except where otherwise specified. Head‑to‑head markets exclude this rule. If a participant is replaced, team markets may stand while individual markets become void. Settlement for outright markets follows the official final standings or event outcomes.

9. Special Rules and Disputes

Where VAR or other official reviews affect a decision, Goldbet will apply the final official decision as the basis for settlement. In cases of conflicting information between official results and other sources, the official result takes precedence. Any dispute over results or settlement shall be resolved in good faith by Goldbet, with decisions being final and binding.

10. Language, Disputes, and Governing Law

These Rules are available in multiple languages, but the English version prevails in case of any discrepancy. Goldbet reserves the right to determine its governing law and jurisdiction in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and its licensing framework. All claims regarding outcomes or settlements should be submitted within the timeframes stated in these Rules.

11. Responsible Gambling

Goldbet promotes responsible gambling. Players should set self‑imposed limits and adhere to local laws governing wagering. If you experience problems, use available tools to set time or loss limits and contact support for assistance.
